Rule 70
State government or local level can establish rehabilitation center
(1) The provincial government or the local level may establish and operate rehabilitation centers subject to the Act or these regulations.
(2) The Government of Nepal may hand over the rehabilitation facilities established and operated by it to the Central Province Government if it wishes to operate them.
(3) Children sent from other provinces should also be placed in the rehabilitation center operated by the provincial government (based on physical ability).
